Angie was referred to me by her home stager. I did not know Angie but you can find out more about her from her web page which contains a video interview telling us a little of her background and career in real estate. I came away knowing that I would like to speak to her about listing my home. Upon meeting her, I was even more convinced she was the right person for the listing. Angie walked me through in detail how she determined the list price for my house showing the pluses and minuses in comparison to those houses sold recently. Having sold other homes, this process was far better than simply being shown the homes that sold and having a list price presented without the backup information. Angie had little time to get the house on the market by her preferred listing day. She did manage to pull together her resources for floor plan design, staging and photography and met the deadline. It was fortuitous that we did given the open house on the first weekend after listing was the first sunny weekend in quite some time. I found Angie very business like and professional throughout the process. She was easy to understand, pleasant to deal with and readily available via text or email for questions. She took a a potentially stressful situation and made it very easy for me. All of her hard work and pursuit of potential buyers translated into multiple offers and sale within three days of listing at over asking price.
